At Serenity Equestrian Centers, we set out to build a place horse lovers truly enjoy coming to. Across our 40+ acres in San Diego County, we combine top tier care with a friendly, supportive environment.

What We Offer

Stabling Variety: In-and-out stalls, mare motels, pipe corrals, paddocks and turnouts. 

Facilities: 100+ corrals, well groomed arenas with premium synthetic footing, round pens, and indoor wash racks. 

Trails: Scenic on site trails with varied terrain, ideal for everything from conditioning to causal trails rides.

Riding & Training Facilities (9 arenas total) All arenas are regularly dragged, watered, and maintained. 

Main Jumping Arena (125' x 175'): Premium GGT footing, jump course, misting system, and lights for night riding.

Full-Size Dressage Court (20x60 meters): Premium synthetic footing

Working Equitation & Obstacle Arenas: 

75' x 125' arena with soft sand footing & obstacle course

Specialized trail and obstacle course 

Additional Riding & Turnout Arenas:

100' x 130' arena

70' x 120' arena

80' x 90' arena

Round Pens: 60'  and 80' roudnpens

Wash Stations & Comfort Features

Main wash Rack: Fully covered 8 hours wash rack with cross- ties and lighting

Mare Motel Wash Racks: Shaded 4- horse and 2 horse wash stations. 

Arena Misters: Keeps horse and rider cool on hot days

Pricing

BARN STALLS (with in and out)- $630/ month

  • Dimensions: 12' x12' box stall attached to 12' x 24' outside sheltered pen
    Bedding: Needed with 2 bags of shavings per week (extra shavings available for purchase
    Feeding: Fed twice daily with your choice of high-quality Bermuda Grass Hay or Alfalfa
  • Care & Maintenance: Daily stall cleaning and automatic waterers
  • Amenities: Overhead fan for summer cooling and stall lighting


LARGE PIPE CORRAL/PADDOCK- $530-$555/month

  • Dimensions: Extra- large 24'x 48' corral
  • Shelter: Partially covered with one or 2 shelters
  • Feeding: Fed twice daily with your choice of high-quality Bermuda Grass Hay or Alfalfa
  • Care & Maintenance: Daily stall cleaning and automatic waterers


OPEN AIR BARN (MARE MOTEL)- $505/month

  • Dimensions: 24' x 24' stall
  • Shelter: Fully covered center aisle with a large shelter covering half the stall
  • Feeding: Fed twice daily with your choice of high-quality Bermuda Grass Hay or Alfalfa
  • Dimensions: 24' x 24' stallCare & Maintenance: Daily stall cleaning and automatic waterers

    PIPE PENS- $455/month
  • Dimensions: 24' x 24' stall with a 12' x 24' shelter
  • Feeding: Fed twice daily with your choice of high-quality Bermuda Grass Hay or Alfalfa
  • Care & Maintenance: Daily stall cleaning and automatic waterers

PASTURES -$405/month

  • Dimensions: 1 acre pastures featuring open scenery and shade trees or large shelter (Pasture #2 includes a large hill for exercise and play).
  • Herd & guidelines: Groups up to 7 horses per pasture (mares and geldings). For herd safety, no hind shoes are permitted.
  • Safety & Fencing: Enclosed with high- visibility, thick white electric tape.
  • Feeding: Fed twice daily with your choice of high-quality Bermuda Grass Hay or Alfalfa

 

Maintenance Note: 
All stalls are cleaned 7 days per week 1x per day.
Stalls will not be cleaned on Christmas, Easter, New Years or Thanksgiving Day.
